Adidas and Nike are competitor brands that sell high-end shoes, they both have a high rate of purchase within the market and you may find some hard stans fighting over the superior brand. To us at The Shoe Factory, we prefer not to pick sides. 

The only major similarity between the Adidas Yeezy Boosts vs The Nike Air Jordans are they both are shoes created and launched by a celebrity. Yeezys were created by a popular rapper Kanye West in collaboration with Adidas, whereas the Air Jordans were a collaboration between the world-famous NBA star Michael Jordan and Nike. When it comes to knowing the difference between the 2 there is a long list. Nike Air Jordans are highly catered towards athletic games like Basketball, Tennis and other games which require high levels of physical strain on the pairs. 

But Kanye is not too far behind, at least in style and building an empire. The release of the first Yeezy 2 Red October shook not only the sneaker world but also the world. The limited collection only had 9000 pairs but this only led to more people wanting to buy it. The Jordan's had a history, they have been around for years but then West swooped in with the limited collection.


When it comes to the price, a Yeezy is more expensive than the Jordans. But, that has not stopped people so far. According to me, the demand for Yeezys skyrocketed so much because people wanted to look at the change. For the past 30 years, Jordans dominated the market but the Yeezys broke through this and presented fellow sneakerheads with a new obsession. 

With the release of the Adidas Yeezy Boost, Kanye did it once again. The price is not a barrier when it comes to the sneaker life and that was proven by the release of this pair. Also with an increase in online shopping behavior, the purchase of Nike shoes online and the purchase of Adidas shoes online in India has gained rapid traction.
